Panamanian Palo Alto mountain grown arabica.
For cafetière coffee my top tip is chuck away the plunger part and get yourself a small sieve. Brew the coffee in the pot as normal, then just pour it into your cup through the sieve. Much easier, faster and less cleaning than the plunger.

Call me a peasant, but I just give the plunger a quick rinse when empty the pot in the morning. Occasionally I put it in the dishwasher whole and very rarely I take it apart to clean properly.Gassing Station | Food, Drink & Restaurants | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
