Lockdown Lunches
Discussion
I used to eat a wide variety of healthy takeaway lunches when in the office. Now at home for the 4th Week I'm getting a bit fat due to my bread intake.
Can anyone post tips/links to resources for lunches other than sandwiches which are quick and don't require a lot ingredients to make?
Thanks

Soups nice and easy.
Celery/Potato/Garlic
Leek/Potato/Onion
Brocolli and Stilton
All last a few days or you can freeze.
Recipes are all pretty similar.
Chop the ingredients.
Drop into a pan with a bit of hot oil.
Add a little water to stop it sticking if necessary.
Cook for 15 or 20 minutes.
Add stock - just under a litre with a veggie stock cube.
Bubble for another 20 minutes.
Then blitz with a hand blender.
For Stilton you add at the end.
Add some milk after blending if the consistency is too thick.
