Had a new kitchen fitted recently and one of the ovens is a Siemens steam oven. It's a full-steam one, so can be used for proper steaming, or it can also do "added-steam" on top of normal cooking.
Had a couple of decent joints of meat with the added-steam function (did a whole chicken and a leg of lamb). Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions to get the most from it?
