I've just bought a Nutribullet set and have tried a couple of the frozen breakfast mixes from M&S with come coconut milk which are surprisingly tasty! Does anybody have any tried and tested smoothie recipes that they have tried here, in particular ones aimed at weight loss?

Thanks

My standard morning concoction in the vitamix is a big handful of kale, a big handful of spinach, 1 banana, 1 apple, and a splash of coconut water.
I sometimes add a couple of whatever berries I have in the fridge, usually strawberries, blackberries or blueberries.

Some recipes here to delve into:

For 2 tall glasses:

3 bananas
few ice cubes
spoonful of honey
30ml kahlua
90ml spiced rum
full cream milk to top up to 800ml total

The diet version removes the honey. biggrin

😂😂 I’ve actually got a bottle of rum that I’m trying to make use of so that could work 🤞😂
