Finding an Old Recipe - Aromatic Chicken Topped Naan

Hi all. Years ago I used to really enjoy a meal called Aromatic Chicken Topped Naan from an ex girlfriend's celebrity chef cook book. I think it was a Rick Stein one, but not 100% sure.

I no longer have access to the book (and can't remember which book it is), but I would really like the recipe. I've searched online and no joy. I don't have contact details for the ex and I don't use social media, so asking her is out.

Is this dish ringing a bell with anyone? If so, please could you share it, or alternatively tell me what book I need to buy?
