Does anyone have any experience or recommendations for a combined charcoal / gas BBQ?

Currently have an Outback gas BBQ for doing really quick stuff, ie home from work on nice day - gas BBQ lit in seconds, and cook something there while sat outside, or for vegetables that don't really need the smokiness of charcoal, or for large items / keeping stuff warm if have people over as it is the biggest we have.
Also have a Webber Smokey Joe - originally bought for festivals, but now gets just as much use at home - keep the charcoal for weekends generally when have more time to faff getting it set up.
Also have chimnea with grilling grate which use normally for little bits if sat outside and have it on for warmth. Usually use it with just wood, sometimes add charcoal.

Anyway - all this takes up a lot of space and garden is relatively small - so would like to look at a combined gas/Charcoal BBQ in one unit for ultimate flexibility.

Only two I have seen that are easily available in UK are these:

or

anybody know of anything else or if these are any good?

My current Outback was pretty good, apart from the drip tray rusting away and collapsing - despite being covered. Don't know anything about Char-Broil.
