Milk is pasteurised but not homogenised.
I Only really drink milk on its own as a cold drink by the pint, this is absolutely fantastic.

Our local farm shop has a milk vending machine, it's normal pasteurised whole or semi skimmed milk but comes from a local farm that is sent to a local processing unit.
Is slightly more expensive than buying it from a supermarket but it does taste better and is a lot more creamy.
Sounds very much like the same set up as my farmshop. Is slightly more expensive than buying it from a supermarket but it does taste better and is a lot more creamy.
Ive tried the full fat and it's too much for me, so I'm happy on semi which is still delicious

I'm pretty sure that you're not allowed to sell unpasteurised milk.
You are last I heard. A farm needs a special license and has to undergo frequent testing. If they do find any cases of TB, then they have to shut down immediately, and for quite a while, which does happen: One of the well known online direct retailers in 2018 for example: https://www.gofundme.com/f/help-hook-and-son-in-tb...
