Best recipe videos

Having just eaten a plate of sheer goodness by following Gordon Ramsay's Baked Eggs on Hash Browns recipe, I thought I'd share the video as it's really easy to follow and the results are great.

One tip is to wring out the shredded potato and onion in a teatowel before mixing with oil and paprika in a bowl. It gets loads of juice out and makes it really crispy.

Has anyone else got any easy to follow and tasty recipes on videos to share? It'd be better if you've actualy tried them successfully than post up ones that look good but you've not tried.
