I read an article recently that was more of an advertorial that a well reasoned review but looked interesting nonetheless.

Looks like it’s only available stateside.

Looks like a sham to me laugh

Not to say that legal things can't get people 'high' - until they are banned - but the ingredients list (High Rhode) reads as pretty ineffectual for that purpose.

Sounds like utter nonsense to me...

“Euphorics are a new category of nonalcoholic nightlife beverage crafted for conscious connection. The secret is in the stack: balancing adaptogens (herbs that help the body adapt to stress), replenishing nootropics (compounds that help enhance cognition), and nourishing botanics (plants that balance flavor and function). Stack them together and you get euphorics that lift the mind and relax the body so we can more deeply connect with others.”

The brain controls how you experience things, eg pleasure, depression, perception, hallucination, happiness; and its chemistry is quite well known.
The neural pathways are a mystery, but the circulating liquids are not.

There are no new chemicals to alter in the brain, but there are new chemicals to put in your mouth to alter brain chemistry.

Sometimes new chemicals (eg plant food / Mephedrone ) come around and produce a high, before they can be legislated against. The law catches up with the chemists quite quickly.

But it is a universal truth that if it is a strong enough high, then it will be addictive, that's how our brain works, and with addiction comes dependance and these chemicals are made illegal. Free availability of addictive substances without regulation can produce social disharmony. Look at the damage alcohol does. If it was invented tomorrow in a lab (and not fermented for aeons), there is zero chance it would be legalised. Ditto nicotine.

So whatever that stuff is, it is going to be banned if it works, unless it's rubbish.

Going against this is the gradual relaxation of International laws on cannabis and cannabinoids, which are mostly less powerful/addictive/troublesome.

Marketing drivel and must be hugely profitable. The same price as alcohol but no duty to pay.
