Condiments of choice

Stokes garlic mayo, although I think I prefer Maille
Stokes plain and chipotle ketchup
French's onion relish and especially pickle relish
Various dressings and other BBQ sauces.
I've taken to making mayo as I ran out once and it is pretty easy, and homemade tartare sauce is fab even with shop bought mayo.

Hammonds Chop Sauce.
Sadly virtually impossible to obtain these days
Also Sauce Burgeur (by Amoa??). Stock up every year in France because I'm yet to find the same one in the UK.
All other condiments as standard - Heinz ketchup, Sweet Baby Ray BBQ, Helmands mayo, various salad dressings without too strong a brand preference..

Skeeters steakhouse BBQ sauce (from Aldi) is my go to at the minute. Not used ketchup in a few weeks. Quite sweet which suits my palate but full of flavour.
Amazing stuff, we coat our sausages in this stuff for the bbq. Tastes awesome and has a nice little kick with it.Edited by Matt Cup on Monday 29th June 13:31
