What do people favour on here?

I have a cupboard full and still feel I need more

Salad cream vs mayo vs home made mayo
Ketchup vs relish vs brown vs HP
Mustard : English vs French
Hot sauce - franks vs sriracha
Piccalilli - is it only for grannies?

Im a fan of the flavoured mayo, garlic and herb, pesto, peri peri are the current top 3.

Also have a lot of time for salad dressings like French vnigerette or Caesar dressing, even when there's little salad to be seen on the plate.

I’m eating lots of harissa (belazu brand) mixed with Heinz mayo. So addictive.

Stokes garlic mayo, although I think I prefer Maille
Stokes plain and chipotle ketchup
French's onion relish and especially pickle relish
Various dressings and other BBQ sauces.

I've taken to making mayo as I ran out once and it is pretty easy, and homemade tartare sauce is fab even with shop bought mayo.

Hammonds Chop Sauce.

Sadly virtually impossible to obtain these days frown

Also Sauce Burgeur (by Amoa??). Stock up every year in France because I'm yet to find the same one in the UK.

All other condiments as standard - Heinz ketchup, Sweet Baby Ray BBQ, Helmands mayo, various salad dressings without too strong a brand preference..

Skeeters steakhouse BBQ sauce (from Aldi) is my go to at the minute. Not used ketchup in a few weeks. Quite sweet which suits my palate but full of flavour.

Amazing stuff, we coat our sausages in this stuff for the bbq. Tastes awesome and has a nice little kick with it.

Surprised no one has mentioned Branston pickle yet. Had some earlier with cheese and pork pie smile
Also Lea & Perrins and Tabasco.
I like the Lidl's own brand mayo
Colmans English mustard mainly, but have French with steaks.
Sarsons malt vinegar.
Heinz tomato ketchup.
