Really thick (18mm+) nylon chopping boards

I can get them in 450x300 but thats a bit big for domestic storage. Anyone come across a smaller size with more than 12mm thickness?

If you have a jigsaw or circular saw you could make two out of one!

Bandsaw, bit of wet and dry followed by a flame to smooth the edge is the backup plan.
