I’ve not slow cooked using the oven before. What temperature and time do you think I should use for diced chicken, leek, potato, mushroom and onion, with a jar of Chicken Tonight honey and mustard sauce, in a Dutch oven pot? A web search seems to throw up vastly different times and temperatures...

Thanks 🙂

My slow cooker from memory is 80/85 celcius on on low and 90/95 on high. Not sure if that helps at all. I would say 3 hours on low and 2 on high though as a guess.

I'd say low/slow in an oven is 120-140°C. A slow cooker heating element is much closer to the pot than in an oven and 80-90° in an oven would take forever.

Ovens vary so asking the internet is not an exact science but I agree with bill - I'd be looking at 3 hours at 140 in my oven.
