A pair of Isolettes

I am reading a Martin O`Brien book Jacquot and the Fifteen
In it he says "She had made a cassoulet -good winter fuel- and the two of them polished it off with a pair of Isolettes that Jacqout had picked up on his way out of Cavaillon"

When I Google Isolettes It comes up with a brand of incubator for premature or other newborn infants
Any ideas?

The OP was referring to something they were drinking while enjoying a cassoulet. Cassoulet de Castelnaudary is very famous in the Lubéron region. Chateau de l'isolette is from the Lubéron region as well. Cavaillion is in Lubéron so it only make sense. Central provence.
