Not books but I'm a big fan of Rick Stein on TV so maybe any of his books

Also worth picking up the classic "North Atlantic Seafood". You can probably get a used copy cheap on Amazon or in a 2nd hand bookshop. It has recipes, but is more a guide to all the local fish themselves - explaining the different names in English, French and Spanish cooking, where they come form, when and how to buy them, how to prep them etc.

Really useful when you find out the French "Loup de Mer" is the same as the Italian "Bronzini" and is...a Sea Bass biggrin
