Home Vac pack setup

Been doing some reading on this after I learnt it help meat stay better for longer in the freezer...
Anyone got one, use one, or have any recommendations ?
We quite often go to our not local Butcher and spend 3 figures, it would be nice to know we are keeping that quality in the freezer the best we can....
TIA

I bought a vacuum sealer to go with my sous vide but couldn't get on with it. I now use these:

Work really well and hold a vacuum. Once cleaned they can be used again. Don't last forever as the little valve can break but I would definitely recommend for your plans.

Fillet steak in mine at the moment

I've got the same at home as work, a Buffalo sealer from Nisbets. They are okay but no better in what they do than the cheap £30/40 ones, yopu can just get spares easily if needed. All sealers need to double wall bags which are expensive if you use a lot and none of the sealers come close to a proper chamber machine like I used to have
For home use though I would have said a cheapo off Amazon would be more than good enough.

I notice Lidl have a vacuum sealer from tomorrow, for £20 with a 3 year guarantee it seems as good as any other consumer grade sealer?
