I have a Starbucks loyalty card which in my view is rubbish, you need to buy credit and your earned points disappear really quickly, but I used it occasionally mainly because it was more convenient then Costa Coffee.

Because of lock down and other factors I have no visited Starbucks for a few months but went in a couple of months ago and found my credit was £0.00, now I definitely had some credit on it, how much I forget.

Emailed this company several times but no answer.

If you message them on twitter/facebook they will resolve it but beware it literally takes a week each time for them to reply. Its taken about 2 weeks to resolve my issue
