Rollright cheese

Only recently discovered this - OMG it's utterley divine.

No disrespect to our gallic friends but I'm increasingly of the view that the best cheeses are made right here in the UK.

Anyone else a fan of this lovely gooey stuff?

To be fair, it's based on a French cheese!

I've not tried it though! I'll look out for it.

It's alleged to be a Reblochon 'copy' but IMO it's much nicer, more complex, and nothing like Reblochon (though I do like that cheese, especially in Tartiflette!)
