Recycling Starbucks Nespresso Pods

I have called into my local Starbucks several times and requested a recycling bag.
Have been met with a blank look and " no we don't have any ".
When asked if they could get some bags was told "they're not available .
Anybody have similar experience ?

Either the scheme isnt working yet or from further down the page buy some pods online or in a nesspreso shop you can get a recycling bsg for free.

Schemes been running for years and they're still collecting - you can get the bags direct from Nespresso and from their boutiques. This is assuming they're now using aluminium for their pods, not plastic.

I've started recycling them myself. Sharp knife through the foil, spin the pod, coffee in the food recycling, pod in the non-food. Helps I don't use many but makes me feel less guilty about the one's I do use.

Did take a few to get a technique but I can do a dozen in the time it takes to make a coffee now.

Did have a tower of about 150 at one point but binned it as it was going to take a long, long while to get enough to weigh in

Nespresso also recycle the aluminium as well - though the linked products tend to be damn expensive (with the exception of the Caran d'Ache ballpoint - just wish they also did a Nespresso fountain pen in that range.

I've been recycling with the Nespresso bags for years but I sometimes use the Lidl plastic pods are there any recycling schemes for that?
