Local deli chucked in a load of Finocciona to my basket last night which needs eating quickly. I could just trough it however has anyone got a recipe suggestion that I could use it in?

Be nice in chunks, fried off with with pasta with a spicy sauce or blitzed down and mixed with pork mince to make meatballs.

I'd slice and freeze in small portions if you have a lot.

Ah freezing, hadn't considered that oddly. It's already sliced so easy to do - gives me time to think about it however pasta for supper tonight I think.
