Unusual Whisky for Leaving Present?
Discussion
We're a very small team and a much loved colleague is leaving to return to his permanent role.
He's a whisky buff, so the plan is to get him something really special, along with a couple of nice glasses.
I thought we could go off the Scotch/Irish beaten track. Any suggestions in the sub £100 bracket, that are likely to be available in a large south coast town?
Unfortunately I know nothing, so in the spirit of public service I'm in charge of the purchase . . .

Buying whisky for someone is tricky, such a variety of different styles and tastes but if you are looking for something unusual my suggestion would be Nc'Nean (don't ask me how you pronounce that). It's small batch, well packaged, a bit quirky, but most of all I think it tastes good. A bottle of that would leave enough money for a decent quality engraved glass.
