Keen to get my Dad something nice for Easter, looking at BBQ sets and there are loads on Amazon, but they're all around £30, and I can't help feeling they'll just feel rather cheap!

Anyone got any nice, quality feeling tools? Keen to spend about £100 on something nice rather than cheap tat.

I have some Weber BBQ tools which are pretty good.

My kids bought me a meat thermometer for Christmas which I use quite a bit on the BBQ now.

That's the sort of thing I'm talking about, shame it's not in a cool gift type box though.

From experience, the best one's are wooden handled and as long as possible. I wouldn't get hung up about them being "cheap" at around £30.

It's a shame you haven't got time to get these (maybe buy books for Easter, save these for Father's Day??):

As an aside, I have a tool very similar to this and it's my "go to" one every time. This and one of their sets of tongs and their fork would be a great combo.

Hmmm yes annoying I have left it late. But I do like those, I may well get a book and then just let them arrive when they arrive.

Weber premium tongs are good. If you want another brand then get the longest utensils possible

Weber tools in general are excellent.
