I thought the 'Brough had the Parmo market cornered. It'll be tempting. Is it permitted as a lunch item?

I did a quick Google and Darlington has a few places. My personal best was one at midday, one at around 5pm and another absolutely pleastered after the pub so I'd say anytime is permitted biglaugh

What are you looking for?

Appreciate it's a week after you asked, but I live in Darlington and thought I'd click into the thread.

As for parmos, The Ship at Redmarshall is the place to go.

It's a 15 minute or so drive from Darlington towards Stockton, but well worth it.

Lol. I ended up riding out to Whitby for fish and chips. Trenchers. Delicious, but pricey.

This. Lived in Darlo for 2 years a few years ago, and this was by far our favourite.

Well, I'd only ridden 160 odd miles to get to my digs, so another 40 or so couldn't hurt!
