Usually not much of a pudding fan but a good, crispy/chewy meringue topped with whipped cream and fresh fruit is good.
Or panna cotta with fruit and fruity syrup.

Failing all that a tin of condensed milk hits the spot. laugh

Only remember puddings from school.
Think when you are older they become desserts.

Best was/is chocolate sponge with chocolate custard.

I remember one day they made a chocolate bread and butter pudding, it was the most amazing thing I'd ever tasted.
They never made it again for some reason frown

Clootie dumpling lightly fried and accompanied with either hot custard or a good vanilla ice cream.

I’m known for loving sticky toffee pudding….I have a STP buddy overseas, we swap photos regularly on FB….
…..but the truth is, I LOVE a good rum baba!

Had amazing ones in Paris - at both Bouillon Chartier and Le Train Bleu -both left the bottle of rum to be poured to taste….nom nom nom!!

Some great suggestions here.

Also a classic sherry trifle, with lashings of jelly, custard and whipped cream. Ah - the seventies...

I don't have much of a sweet tooth, however:
Homepride microwave chocolate pudding.
Just add water and ping for three minutes. 2,000+ calories.
Serves one.

I only recall jelly from the school days.

I’m partial to some tiramisu now and again.

Christmas Pudding, on boxing day, lightly fried in butter (maybe brandy butter that idea has just dawned on me) with loads of custard.

Or home made baked vanilla cheesecake.

Not a huge pudding fan but I do like a nice gooey, warm chocolate fudge cake with some decent vanilla ice cream.

When my nan used to take us out for lunch (pre Covid) we'd go to a local family run Italian, they do the most amazing home made tiramisu.

I do like home made puddings, the simple traditional ones that you either had at school, your mum made, or you get truckers cafes.
You can stick your fancy Belgian triple chocolate truffle type deserts up yer @rse. Just give me plain traditional food.
