over the years i've had just about every so called non stick baking tray known to man and beast

most have started very well but over time despite following manufacturers instruction to the tee all have failed

i found the Eaziglide purely by chance when browsing John Lewis - as one does, lol

nothing and i mean nothing sticks even burnt food

to clean just soak for a few minutes in hot soapy water and wipe clean

i bought two of the medium version at £22 each

there are no water 'traps' around the edges and even on the highest temps the trays do not buckle/warp

they look a bit strange with a 'speckled' finish and are quite rough to the touch

buy with confidence - manufacturers guarantee is excellent

we have the eaziglide pans. No matter how well you clean them they somehow retain colouring from red foods and release it into other food (e.g pasta sauce/tomato based food later contaminates chicken soup with an orange hue), even when the look perfect to the naked eye.

Also the black dimpled stuff is falling off from the outside of the pan, and at the rim.

I have to admit to buying cheap ones and putting a layer of foil on the tray then lightly spray some oil on the foil surface.
P.S I only buy the cheap Lidl foil particularly when it's on offer.

I bought an Eaziglide roasting dish about 3 years ago, and yes I did buy it thinking it wouldn't last me the year.

Very wrong: I have largely abused it, gets used multiple times a week, dishwashed it etc and it just keeps on going. Makes great roasts.

Just bought a few of their frying pans and saucepan as a result, best non-stick I've ever used. Tefal can fk off.

thanks for your comments

looking at reviews it seems as if the pans might have issues? - maybe their construction

but my baking trays have been faultless
