Due to horrific IBS, it’s very rare that I can eat a ‘proper’ meal, and if I do, I suffer for it.

So I tend to snack/graze throughout the day.

Current favourite is Carr’s Table Water biscuits, topped with Wensleydale, Mango chutney, and pickled onion Monster munch.

Yes. I know it’s weird. And no, it doesn’t have an affect on my IBS, despite what it looks like.

So go for it - weird or left field snacks please!

All snacks apply.

Just looking for an alternative to ‘the norm’, and trying to get over my current pickled egg addiction.

What medication are you on for your IBS?
Have you had the slew of allergy tests, too?

Pork pie with apple sauce is better than with pickle in my opinion, but it sounds like you like a bit of tang.

Make multiple small portion meals, and refridgerate them, stuff that's microwaveable, as heating them all in an oven will be a pain.
Things like stews, mini shepherds pies, lasagne, just stuff that tastes OK when reheated.

Difficult to get balanced nutrition in with just snacking - I'd eat snacks all day if I could - but I think monster munch counts as one of your five a day hehe

Primular cheese and chives squirted on celery does it for me.
