I've not seen a food tip thread for a while but wanted to share this one as it rescued an over salty but otherwise perfect goulash.
I simply added a tablespoon of white vinegar and a couple more diced potatoes in a 4ltr pot of freshly made goulash. It turned out to be perfect.
