One of the party can't take much heat or spicyness. Wanting to keep things simple so thinking of a biryani, veg curry, plus saag aloo.

Some yogurt on the table if anything needs calming down. But what for hotting up? Some chopped chillies in a ramekin for sprinkling?

Any bright ideas?

This biryani recipe is amazing and not overly spiced either, but very tasty.

A drop or two of this for anyone who wants it heating up. I use this amongst other things in my curry making, but I am a bit of a spice freak.
