M3 pub recommendation

I have a lunch meeting booked for next week with a business partner. He's in Richmond, I'm in Reading, so looking for a recommendation of somewhere to meet and eat? A good pub is all that's required.

Belvedere Arms? Not quite M3 but pretty much in the middle and good when I used to go a few years ago.
