A sweet and supportive group for frugal cooking which deserves greater visibility. It may well get that in coming months. I've been a member of this for a while and it's grown by 50k in the past year...
Mostly women, but the odd guy. You can view and post anonymously if needed.

Do you know if the linked website has most / more of the content without the FB rigmarole?
https://www.patsfood.org/
Might give it a go.

Thanks, have requested to join. Out of interest, how would you post anonymously, as i've never heard of that before on Facebook? Or do you mean set up a new account under a made-up name or similar?
Once accepted into the group, you can post as 'Facebook User'. However it's a private group anyway. Only members can view or post.I love Feed Yourself For £1 a Day. There is no judgement of anyone who might have limited cooking skills, or is living in the most challenging of circumstances. Many are - or soon will be.
It ought to be a source of shame for one of the richest countries in the world that such a group could have 250k members - or exist at all.
50k up on a year ago - but there we are.
