Hi,

So I was wondering where do you buy cheap alcohol in bulk from? What are you buying, whats the percentage and how much does it cost?

Brew your own. Doesn’t get much cheaper than that.

I did look this up for home brewing for wine and I found a very easy to use system, however, its quite space invading and apparently requires certain temperature ranges, for my own circumstances, when it comes to space, having it degas, and temperature, it becomes impractical.

I just had a thought, can you buy pure alcohol to add to a beverage of your own choice?

I've given this some research as my drinking has matured...

https://www.lidl.co.uk/p/lager-cider/woodgate-devo...

4x440ml 6% scrumpy £2.99

Or say

750ml red wine 13% for £4.49

So you're getting 2.34 times more booze for 2.99 than 4.49, however the wine is just over twice as strong.

Except it's also £1.50 more, so it's either 12 cans or two bottles.

5200ml of scrumpy at 6%

or

1500ml of wine at 13%

Scrumpy wins I think, if you want to drink 9 pints of it

Not that I've given it much thought

This stuff. Only you'll have to go to Estonia to get it:

Absolutely do not do this, it would be a real good way to accidentally destroy your liver.

Here's another option at £25 or so for 63% ABV. Tastes awful though:

What a stupid vague question.
What is it these days whereby people can't even be arsed to put an understandable or direct question post together?

Here you go: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Isopropanol-Alcohol-IPA-9...

Get some of that down your neck.

Alcohol in England is alot cheaper than Scotland thanks to minimum alcohol pricing and short term multi buy deals being outlawed.
Just wait until next week when the supermarkets have their easter deals and stock up.

Last time I was in england I came back to scotland with 10 cases of cider to see me through until my next visit.

Yep. That tastes like paint stripper. Hideous stuff! It does however do the trick.

Wray & Nephew is an acquired taste neat, but great for cocktails.

By far the biggest cost of cheap alcohol is duty so to avoid that you'll need to make your own. Turbo cider is probably the easiest to try making.

Very effective kitchen degreaser, brings up stainless tops and canopies beautifully.

Arguably cheaper per unit is this https://www.sainsburys.co.uk/gol-ui/product/sainsb... Not half bad to be fair for a blend.

Ryanair flight to Italy. 95% Alcool. Grain alcohol used to make Limoncello. Not sure on the cost. Less than £20 for a litre I think.

It does. If you need anything stronger let me know.
