What is soresina?

We're looking at making a cake for child no1 birthday and one video we have seen uses soresina. It appears to just be icing but googling it comes up with nothing related to cakes.
Anyone?

Pretty sure if its part of the icong it's butter icing but as above expensive butter which can also be used in the baking.

Either way, normal butter should do.

Can check with an Italian pastry chef tomorrow to be sure if needed.

Really, but it was black, coloured I suppose, and didn't behave like butter.

I did see that but couldn't relate what I saw in the video to that product. Ah well thanks, you learn something every day.
