It's normally Ceaser or chicken Ceasar, not sure if it needs bacon as with anchovies and parmesan as it should be salty enough. Fair play the post is variation. doing it right you would use Dijon, Mayo, Worcester sauce, Garlic, lemon juice, and anchovies.

Funnily enough I threw some teriyaki chicken, cherry tomotoes, cheese, and a couple of sliced hard boiled eggs into a shop bought salad for my dinner tonight.

BTW where did the name come from - because it ceases to please?

Your next threads should be about Weiner sausages and Weiner Shnitzerl, Vichy Sauce, Ratatouile, Organ donor kebab, Mille-follies and Canadyan Putin.

Furthermore we are all longing for a reicipie to make British Fish and Ships, evelated to restaurant quiality.

How is the salad European by the way, was it invented in Leeds?

I think "Armchair_Expert" is quite appropriate.

Keep them coming.

Make your own Caesar dressing. It is super easy, takes about 5 mins. Big payback in terms of flavour and kudos. It is one of those easy things that most people think are really hard, and so if you can do it you instantly become a kitchen god.

Nah, just having a laugh at the thread. Just wondering if our resident “Expert”, albeit from his “Armchair” will be publishing a cookbook with his cocktail stick in his baked potato to help heat the insides quicker, a bought in pizza covered in cheese and a Caesar salad with a pre made jar of sauce.

Looks decent, but eggs probably not needed with all that chicken.

Maybe a pint of cheese fondue on top to loosen things up a bit?
