Anyone got a good monkfish recipe? I have a couple of large tails I picked up from Ken the Fish Man. Have done Parma ham wrapped before. Ideas for sides also gratefully received smile

Wrong time of year, but I always use monkfish in kebabs on the bbq. It holds together really well.

the Tom Kerridge? does that mean I win? or, do you also have to like it ....??
enjoy!
I cooked it recently and gave some to next door who reckoned they enjoyed it (maybe they're over polite???)

The Tom Kerridge fish curry (from his Lose Weight for Good book?) is indeed a great curry. I’ve done it loads of times and never had a bad word said.

Monkfish is full of sinews which you need to remove, else it will shrink.
