Yes or no?

Very much firmly in the yes camp with this delightful creamy and bursting with flavour of cheese!

Absolutely yes for me!

On crackers, fine. With bacon in a baguette - my favourite!

Quite like Stilton, not a lover of port and Stilton or anything sweet really, made a souffle with a €10'ers worth for me mother a while back, pretty good.

Love Stilton on crackers, in sauces, with bacon in a baguette, whatever! lick

Years ago when I sold wine for a living, before supermarkets started selling decent stuff, we did Christmas Gift promotion packs for companies to send out! Had one big company who chose to send out a Port and Stilton gift pack to some of it's valued customers. Nice 'rustic' wooden case with a bottle of ruby port on a little 'shelf' and a round of stilton in the space underneath. All packed in straw. Very Nice, and at the time very expensive wink They chose Parcelforce as the courier, at Christmas! Every pack got to it's destination, looking ok! Upon opening they'd all had a large swig out of the port and a bite taken out of the stilton! hehe
Parcelforce blamed the student temps they'd brought in over the festive season, working the night shift in the distribution hub having their own party xmas

Not a patch on a stinking bishop - but oh my days - it does cheer me up on crackers.
