What did people serve for Easter?

Lamb tagine with cinnamon, prunes and apricots
Leek and red onion tart
Gren beans with garlic parmesan crust
Cous cous salad
Tzatziki

Afters: coconut cake with chocolate mini eggs on top

Wine: lots of picpoul and lightly chilled cote du rhone

I barbequed a leg of lamb. Studded in garlic and covered in honey and rosemary.

Served as a traditional sunday roast. Used the drippings from the meat saved to nake the gravy.

Poke around in the freezer to see what I fancy.

We had roast chicken yesterday.
This evening, fajitas.

Breakfast - hot cross bun
Lunch- roast chicken, I even made my own pigs in blankets
Dinner - snack - after dinner - Easter egg
Desert - home made jam rolly Polly and custard

We had to serve fish on Friday so we got a delivery from local fish man

Oysters
Dressed crab
Prawn in chilli and garlic

Sirloin steak for dad's
Ribeye for me
Full side of salmon
Crushed parmesan potatoes
Roasted new potatoes
Side salad

Apple pie and custard
Cheese and biscuits

That leak & onion tart looks handsome - we had similar in a pie (it had parmesan too) when we visited friends last weekend and that was lovely - but a tadge too much pastry for me.
