Help - Leeds area recommendations

Looking for a place for a quick business lunch on Monday, somewhere on the outskirts of Leeds, preferably south or east as I can’t face battling into the centre for what will only be an hour or even less.

Appreciate a lot of places close on a Monday, but suggestions appreciated.
