I love Jamaican curry goat and also various Indian style goat curries and make them whenever I can get hold of goat. I would like to eat more goat than I do as I only buy it when my local butcher has it which is probably every 6-8 weeks or so and they only ever have cubes which is great for curry.

Two questions for those of you that eat goat....

Where do you buy it from? especially if you use whole legs, steaks or mince etc and not just cubes
What do you make with it beyond curries as mentioned above? a thread building up of goat recipes would be great

I've done this on the BBQ a couple of times: https://caribbeanpot.com/succulent-grilled-leg-of-...

Get my goat from local goat farm: https://thegourmetgoatfarmer.co.uk They do mail order too.

I'm always sad about eating goat, because goats mate for life. They stay together for the sake of the kids.
