The ones my Mum makes. Don't know the recipe but they're always brilliant, but then who's Mum doesn't make the best Christmas dinner?

I saw Rick Stein as well. The Pudding Club isn't very far from me and is very famous. I bought a Tesco one yesterday and quite frankly it was very rubbery and I binned it.

Not sure you can beat a really good home made christmas pudding.

Home made. Basic recipe. No ones in-particular and it aint rocket science. All you need is a good book for the steaming.

any pudding goes for me, sticky toffee is a good one, love spotted dick (or is it spotted richard now) and loads of custard.
