Just got back from work, its wet and cold outside

what else could warm your cocles than a nice glass of sherry.

Is anyone else under thirty a fan?

Somehow I doubt it....

Can't stand the taste of sherry, don't know if I just tried a bad one but I wanted to puke up and actually had to get another drink to kill the taste. Have never been inclined to try another after that.

A nice brandy or whiskey is another matter though, mmmmm lovely.

Sounds more like the food of the champagne socialist to me...

It's grim up North London.

Yep I'm a fan! I used to work in the wine trade so was fortunate to try proper Sherry and not just the bulk brand stuff!

You cant beat a good PX or a cold glass of Manzanilla.

Sherry is one of the world's wine bargains. The quality stuff is very good value.

That said even the "brand" stuff like Tio Pepe is really really good quality fino.

Had home made egg nog at Christmas, Lovely!

Take one good size glass of sherry add a raw egg and whisk it up until it's frothy, simple but super.
