I was thinking, what's the difference between toad in the hole, and fish and chips... and this goes down very well at dinner.

Batter mix, 1 bottle Hoegaaden, juice of 1 lime, two eggs. Make the batter.

Marinade the prawns in a sweet chilli and lime sauce, then fry off, just before adding to baking sheet.

12 space cake/pudding sheet in a 240 degree oven, with oil in the bottom. Oil should be smoking when you bring it out. Keep a low flame under the sheet, when you add eveything in, otherwise the oil will cool to much.

Add some prawns and some batter mix into the tray 'holes'. Make sure you keep the sauce from the prawns.
Back in the own, and cook for about 10 mins (check obviously).

1x over-ripe avacado. Get the flesh out, and blend with fresh coriander and lime juice. You have proper guacamole now. Personally I serve it from a tube, approximately 2ins across, 'mole on the bottom, sour cream on the top, garnished with some of the saved sauce.

Enjoy!

OK...im pretty familiar with food, and cooking, but i have absolutely no idea what you are trying to describe there.

are you baking something in batter? how is it a star? how do you get holes in a baking tray?

perhaps you have been at those "12 space cakes" you refer to?

Batter mix, just add eggs?

You mean flour then?

Please, for all that is right with the world, to god, please, tell me you've not bought a batter (just add milk and eggs) mix

without stating the obvious, one is sausages in yorkshire pudding mix and the other is fish in batter served with chips.

Where did the Hoegaarden go? in the batter mix? with the lime too or was that for guacemole? Sounds good IF I think I've understood it right.

Yes, on both counts.

God, I really need to figure out how to write more than one line at a time...
