Best Restaurant in London

Going on from the Anniversary dinner thread I wanted PH opinion on where best to eat for a special meal in London. Money is of little object.
I was planning Locanda Locatelli, but thought it a little pretentious to have a time limited reservation. So I'm looking for great service and amazing food for a comfortable relaxed long meal, say 3 hours at least. And I need somewhere I can get a reservation for Friday the 22nd February for 3.

too many nice places in London.

Locatelli is nice as is River Cafe is you fancy Italian but I must admit I like Lindsay House

Didn't say but of all the Michelin rated places in London I have been to, Lindsay House has a unique laid back charm which is almost at odds with the great food. No rush, great staff and not pompous whilst still special.

You either love the River Café or hate it. Either way, be prepared to get your wallet out. I worked in an office near the restaurant where the day's menu was always circulated. Be prepared for (f)artichokes to feature strongly, as in January everything seemed to come with a Jerusalem artichoke 'wash' -
