White Bean Curd??

Had this (or so I was told) in a restaurant in Melbourne a few weeks ago. It tasted a bit like beef dripping. Anyone know where to get it in the uk?

Most chinese food shops supply it- can get it easy in Chinatown etc, even the fresh stuff.

Should point out thought it doesnt have any real flavour itself, its down to how you cook it.
High in protein, low in fat, cheaper stuff tends to contain lots of additives including MSG so read ingredients list carefully.
