I have just come back from a cooking school in France http://www.cookingatbonnebouffe.com/
If you like messing about in the kitchen like me I strongly recommend it my wife set it up for my birthday, I went for 5 days learnt lots and you get to eat all prepare and cook, wine tasting, local market food, good local wine.
