Sugar. This year I'm going to put the sugar on when the pancakes are still in the frying pan and leaving it for a few seconds so I get melted sugar pancakes.

Tried mine with Lemon Curd last year, they were lovely. Although enjoy Black Cherries, they'd sold out in Tesco tonight. Kids like Chocolate Sauce and Vanilla Ice Cream, I've bought them Choc Ices to use hehe Have Syrup and Lemon too.

Nutella and maple syrup - yes, I too have kids.
Not quite the same once a year treat here in Kiwi Land that they were when growing up in London. My kids insist on pancakes for breakfast at least once a week.
