Anyone having them this evening? Got my lemon juice and sugar and I'm tempted to make some chocolate sauce to go with aswell.

My gf made some this morning for breakfast, one plain and one banana pancake served with maple syrup and some nice strawberry jam

If I hear any reports of 'Pancake Mix - Just add milk and eggs' being used, there will be trouble. Alright?

Or even worse that just add water Betty Crocker crap.

I don't understand people who buy these mixes for panckes and Yorkshire puddings and the like when there are only 3 or 4 ingredients in the whole thing anyway.

I got a few bags of mixture from the states last month so I shall be putting them to good use!
