Reading EVO's 2007 eCoty feature earlier (I do hoard my car mags), the journos were eating a dish called truffade in their hotel. The dish consisted of potato, cheese, creme fraiche, onion and was served with a slab of smoked meat.

Now, in this instance, Wiki is not my friend so does anyone know of a recipe for this? It sounds bloody lovely!

Ta!

I do a similar thing but boil the chopped onions with the tats. Another simple but oh so tasty dish
