Bacon; a quest for the best
Discussion
I'm a big fan of the Pig, between two slices of home made bread. Nothing beats it.
Now i'm, on a quest to discover the pig of all pigs..... the bacon of all bacons.
So can anyone recommend me a brand or a supplier who can provide the ultimate in piggywiggy rashers. Unsmoked, non streaky.

No idea where in the country you are but the butcher in the middle of this map does stunningly good bacon, both smoked and unsmoked.

Back or middle? My local butcher dry cures his own from local pigs, but you might not like paying for a ferry every time you fancy a bacon sarnie.
Personally I like smoked streaky.
