Ok guys, Thursday nights dinner - I keep having ideas of what I can do with the following, but would welcome any further inspiration:
Chicken legs
Gnocchi
Chorizo
Spinach
Garlic
Courgette
If I'd been on here last night rather than working, I'd have got Fiona to come up with a recipe or two. You've been a stranger for too long! What are you up to? Get in touch!Chicken legs
Gnocchi
Chorizo
Spinach
Garlic
Courgette

Bit late now, but....
Gnocci with the spinach in a cream sauce for starters (plenty of black pepper here is nice).
Slow cook the chicken (crock pot or casserole dish) with the chorizo, caramelised red onion, and a tin of chopped tomatoes (but brown the chicken in a pan first. You can take the skin off if you want to be healthier). I usually add red peppers to this, and some turmeric, garlic, black pepper and chillis if you want it spicy. Serve with rice (with a little curry powder in for colour).
You could put the courgette in, but it will go a little mushy.
Now I'm hungry!

Thanks guys, dinner was a success..
I roasted the chicken legs in the oven for about 40 mins, rubbed some garlic and butter into the skin.
Fried the chorizo off and set it to one side. Boiled the gnocchi for a couple of mins, drained and tossed in the chorizo oil so it went a little bit crispy.
Served all of that on top of some buttered spinach.
Think it needs some refining, but tasted wonderful.
