Cambodian Hot & Sour Beef salad

Made a couple of changes - arugula salad (As we can't get rocket here) = no mint to be found in the shops either
and added Cucumber and red pepper to the salad to counter-act the heat of the chillies (used 2)
As I was cooking for both of us - I doubled up on the quantities in the recipe - grilled two sirloins for 3 mins each side on the BBQ, they came out nicely rare.
It's a lovely mixture of sour/slightly sweet and nicely 'warm' heat because of the chillis.
If you're looking for a 'light' (ish) tea, have a go - well worth trying.
