Ideas for bass

ok, i have eaten bass before, but was only cooked in pan very very basic.

so looking for a nice idea thats not to hard for a novice cook to attempt

here is what im having, 2 nice nice fillets to feed 2 people.
how would you cook it?

Steam it. Finely slice some ginger, chili and spring onion. Add a little soy sauce to the surface of the fish fillet, season with pepper then add the thinly sliced ingredients, place in a ready steaming steamer and steam for 8 - 10 minutes.

Serve with rice and some green beans tossed with toasted sesame seeds and a little honey.
